Renowned for his huge range of seating designs Han J Wegner was an icon of Danish design for over 50 years. He partnered with many furniture and cabinet manufacturers and Getama was one of the oldest furniture makers in Denmark with its roots dating back to 1880.
This unusual ‘horned’ lounge chair features leather cushions and an a golden oak frame. It’s presented in good vintage condition and is both elegant and comfortable and would be equally in a lounge or reception room. There are some minor water marks to the base of the woodwork under the seat, but naturally these cannot be seen in normal use. There are some marks in the leather as to be expected in vintage items, but no rips or tears.
